The Role:
We are seeking a caring and proactive individual to:

Support pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND, on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

Assist teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
*
Help adapt classroom materials and activities to support access to the curriculum.
*
Build trusting relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence and independence.
*
Monitor and report on progress and well-being.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting (desirable).
* Ideally have experience with SEN
* A warm, patient, and adaptable approach to learning support.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and supporting all learners
