About the Role: As the Drama Teacher, you will take on the responsibility of delivering engaging drama lessons, ensuring continuity of learning for all students. You will work with a dedicated team of staff in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will also have the opportunity to inspire students to develop their performance skills, creativity, and self-confidence in a dynamic and stimulating classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering Drama lessons to students in KS3, KS4 and KS5.
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively and ensuring a positive learning environment
* Providing feedback on student progress and supporting their development
* Collaborating with the drama department and wider teaching team
* Engaging with students to foster a love for drama and the arts

Drama Teacher

The Ideal Candidate:

* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting (preferred)
* Passionate about the arts and creative expression
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills
* Able to engage and inspire students of all abilities
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
