* Salary: £110 - £120 per day

We're on the lookout for a HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to join our dedicated team in Bristol! In this exciting role, you’ll:
* Collaborate closely with teachers to craft and deliver high-quality learning activities.
* Provide targeted support to students, boosting their learning outcomes.
* Lead engaging PE lessons aligned with the curriculum.
* Foster a positive learning environment by managing classroom behavior effectively.
* Work hand-in-hand with teachers to implement individualised education plans for students with additional needs. Play a vital role in shaping our school’s education and training policies and practices as a HLTA.
What We’re Looking For:
* An HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
* Previous experience in an educational setting and ability to commute across Bristol
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
* A collaborative team player who is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
