Job Details – Secondary Teaching Assistant - Thornbury
* Guide and monitor pupil progress to identify areas that require improvement.
* Support the emotional, physical, and social development of pupils.
* Prepare classrooms prior to lessons and clean up afterwards.
* Assist teachers in preparing materials that meet the developmental needs of students.
* Organise and supervise pupils during project and sporting activities.

* Ability to communicate clearly with teachers and students.
* Ability to create an encouraging learning environment for pupils.
* Understanding and sensitivity towards children.
