💰 Salary: MPS1 – UPS3 (Paid in line with experience)
As the Year 4 Teacher, you will:

Assess progress, provide feedback, and ensure every child meets their potential

Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community

Uphold the school’s high expectations for behaviour and learning
Year 4 Teacher Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – PGCE or Bachelor of Education
*
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*
Ability to plan creatively and differentiate effectively
*
A team player with initiative, enthusiasm, and a commitment to pupil progress
*
