Job Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality, tailored teaching to pupils with a range of special educational needs
* Create a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment
* Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral teams to meet the holistic needs of each child
* Monitor and assess pupil progress using EHCP targets and individualised plans
* Develop strong relationships with families and external professionals to support student development
* Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school's inclusive ethos

Ideal Candidate:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – applications from unqualified teachers with strong SEN experience also considered
* Experience working with students with complex needs in an SEN or inclusive setting
* A creative, adaptable approach to teaching and classroom management
* Confidence in using differentiated strategies and resources to support a range of learning styles
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
