Your Role May Include:
🧠 Supporting teachers in delivering inspiring, hands-on learning in the Smethwick area
👥 Working as a teaching assistant 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils reach their potential

Who We’re Looking For:
✔ At least 3 months' experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK school
✔ A flexible, proactive approach and a genuine love for working with children
✔ Excellent communication and teamworking skills
✔ Reliable, professional and ready to jump into new settings with confidence
✔ Based in or around Smethwick, or happy to travel locally
