English Teacher Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver dynamic, high-quality English lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
* Inspire students of all abilities to reach their full potential in reading, writing, and critical thinking.
* Assess and track student progress, providing meaningful feedback and support.
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and builds confidence.

Who We’re Looking For:

* A fully qualified English Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience teaching KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a bonus).
* Deep subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English language and literature.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* A dedication to motivating and inspiring students to achieve their potential.
* A proactive and flexible approach to teaching with the ability to adapt to diverse classroom needs.
* A keen interest in engaging with the wider school community and contributing to extracurricular activities.
