Due to early maternity leave, a specialist SEN school in Colchester is looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant after the Easter half term or after the May half term. This is a full-time, five-day-a-week position, but if you are seeking part-time work, we would still love to hear from you as this can be arranged.

The Role:

* Supporting students with severe learning difficulties, autism, challenging behaviour, and medical conditions.
* Working across different age groups and adapting to a variety of learning needs.
* Assisting in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to individual students.
* Providing emotional, social, and academic support to help students thrive.
