What We’re Looking For:

A Learning Support Assistant with experience supporting young children in a classroom setting
*
Strong behaviour management skills and a commitment to helping pupils achieve their best
*
A Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (preferred but not essential)
*
Enhanced DBS Certificate on the update service or willingness to apply
*
A passion for education and training, ensuring all children receive the support they need
