Working through an agency allows you additional perks, that you may not necessarily be used to, if you have been employed directly through a school. These include:

-Days off in term time if needded (doctors appointments, holidays etc)

-"Try before you buy" - don't like where you're placed? We'll find you somewhere that better matches your preferences, no need to wait for notice periods.

-Dedicated consultant - we keep conversations confidential! As an experienced Primary Teacher myself, I understand your frustrations.

As a qualified teacher, you are frustrated with the increasing workload, paperwork and documents you have to complete.

The increasing responsibilities and hoops you feel you have to jump through have interfered with the real reason why you wanted to get into teaching in the first place.

The lack of work-life balance is affecting you day to day and you feel that the teaching profession has changed so much, but you’re also not sure what to do next…

If any of these have been challenges, know that it doesn’t have to be this way.

Academics have worked with hundreds of teachers who feel similar, and found teaching roles with the following benefits:

* Work-life balance, choose when you are available
* Connections with thousands of schools nationally
* Dedicated consultant, with experience in teaching, who can have honest and confidential conversations with you to help you find the ideal position for you
* Professional development opportunities
* Holiday pay
* Competitive PAYE pay rate*
* No planning required
