HLTA (High Level Teaching Assistant) – Epping, Essex

* Contract Type: Long-term, until July 2025 with option for perm
* Requirements: HLTA qualification or relevant experience as a TA
* Salary: £100 - £120 per day
* Key Info: ‘GOOD’ OFSTED rating / 2-form entry
* Transport: On-site parking available, plus bus and train/tube stations within a 5-minute walk
* Interviews: Commencing ASAP

Academics are currently seeking an enthusiastic HLTA to join them after the Easter Term break. They are based in Epping, Essex and have exceptional transport links to support travel to and from work every day. They need someone that is willing to learn and collaborate freely with all staff members whilst pushing themselves to improve every day, the SLT at this school are very hands-on and will offer support at all times and ensure the settling process into the role is smooth.

HLTA Responsibilities:

* Delivering pre-planned lessons across all year groups (EYFS, KS1 & KS2) when covering teachers.
* Collaborating with class teachers and the senior leadership team to ensure learning objectives are met and students’ academic potential is maximized.
* Providing support to SEND students, using tailored approaches to meet their individual needs.
* Implementing effective teaching strategies to promote learning across all subjects and year groups.
