The Role:
As an ECT in this school, you will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team of educators and be supported by experienced mentors who will guide you throughout your induction year. Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum

* Track student progress and provide support to ensure all children reach their potential

* Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community
* Participate in regular professional development and training opportunities
The Ideal Candidate:
* A passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher with a strong commitment to nurturing and inspiring children
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students, staff, and parents
* A flexible, innovative approach to teaching and learning
* An ability to reflect on your practice and a drive for continual professional growth
* Experience in a primary school setting is beneficial but not essential
