Exciting Opportunity: Primary SEN Teacher Wanted at a Dedicated SEN School in Kempston!

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary SEN Teacher looking for a new challenge in the education and training sector? Academics are collaborating with an exceptional SEN school in Kempston, and we are looking for a compassionate, adaptable, and skilled teacher to join their welcoming team.

As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will have the chance to deliver personalized and engaging lessons to children with special educational needs. You'll work closely with fellow educators, support staff, and parents to create a nurturing, inclusive environment that promotes the academic, emotional, and social development of each child.

Position: Primary SEN Teacher

Location: Kempston

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £160 - £218 per day

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of each student.
* Develop and implement personalized learning strategies for children with a range of special educational needs.
* Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom where all students feel valued and motivated.
* Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to create individual learning plans and track progress.
* Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and encourage their development.
* Maintain accurate student records and contribute to the school's ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in special educational needs.
* Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to teaching.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
* A deep commitment to the well-being and development of children with SEN.
* Creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
* Experience with various SEN needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities) is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to commute to Kempston.
