We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team of supply teachers, to work in local Southampton Primary Schools from September 2025.
As a Primary ECT, you will benefit from working within successful and growing schools local to Southampton who value professional development and collaboration.
Each school we work with have supportive teams readily available for guidance to help you develop into a confident and effective educator on a supply basis.
We are looking for a Primary ECT's who:

* Can deliver engaging, inclusive, and creative pre-planned lessons tailored to all pupils.
* Works well as part of a team and embraces opportunities for professional growth.
