Mental Health Assistant – Bath (BA2)

Are you a psychology student looking for experience with vulnerable children? Are you looking for a role that is rewarding? Then this might be the position for you!

* This amazing specialist setting in Bath are looking for a mental health assistant in Bath to support their students with their various mental health struggles.
* The setting looking for a mental health assistant is a specialist school, who cater for children between the ages of 11 and 16 who have been excluded from mainstream education.
* They have barriers to their learning and mental and emotional needs which makes it difficult for them to concentrate and reach their full learning potential.
* This specialist school are looking for a mental health assistant to support their students in following through with their interventions, making sure the classroom is an engaging place conducive for learning and providing feedback to their teachers and therapy support teams.
* To be successful in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude, be supportive and have a keen interest in mental health.
