Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, individualized lessons tailored to the needs of students with a variety of learning difficulties.
* Work closely with a team of professionals, including teaching assistants, therapists, and parents, to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
* Monitor and assess students' progress, ensuring that each child’s needs are met and celebrated.
* Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive atmosphere to promote the development of both academic and social skills.
The Ideal Candidate for this SEND Teacher Role:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience in teaching students with special educational needs, or a strong passion for SEND education.
* A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
