This role is suited to someone with previous experience working within an SEN Teaching environment. * Foster, care for and nurture the complex needs of every student within your classroom, ensuring the lessons are inclusive of all learners needs.
* Be able to maintain effective classroom discipline in a positive, constructive manner and promote self-disciplined behaviours across the school.
* Plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that are in line with the curriculum followed by the school.
* Have sufficient knowledge of SEN Types and the complexities that follow these needs.
