This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and resilient individual to make a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs.

* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
* Assist in implementing EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) strategies.
* Support students with emotional regulation, behavior management, and social skills.
* Create a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals.
* Adapt learning materials to meet individual student needs.
