About the Role:
Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a secondary school in Swindon. As a High-Level Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they reach their academic potential. The role involves working closely with teachers to enhance learning experiences and deliver tailored support for students across various subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a High-Level Teaching Assistant, providing direct support to students in class and small group settings.
* Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons as a High-Level Teaching Assistant, adapting resources to meet individual needs.
* Foster an inclusive classroom environment by supporting students with SEN, as a proactive High-Level Teaching Assistant.
* Collaborate with the SENCO and teachers to ensure the best outcomes for students, while fulfilling the role of a High-Level Teaching Assistant.
* Monitor student progress and contribute feedback as a High-Level Teaching Assistant, ensuring continuous academic development.
* Help with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment, acting as a role model as a High-Level Teaching Assistant.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

* HLTA qualification or equivalent is essential for this High-Level Teaching Assistant position.
* Previous experience in a secondary school setting, with a strong focus on SEN support.
* Proven ability to support diverse learning needs as a High-Level Teaching Assistant.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* A proactive approach and commitment to supporting students in their academic journey.
