Year 5 Teacher – Primary School – Haringey

Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and making a lasting impact on children’s education? We are currently supporting a welcoming primary school in Haringey seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join their team.

As a Year 5 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through a key stage in their learning journey. You’ll deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum, nurturing curiosity, building confidence, and preparing pupils for the transition to their final year of primary school.

Location: Haringey, North London
Position: Year 5 Teacher – Primary School

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum, tailored to meet the needs of Year 5 students.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues, including teaching assistants and the SENCo, to ensure a supportive learning experience for all pupils.
* Inspire a love of learning through creative and engaging teaching practices.

Experience: Previous experience teaching Key Stage 2 students is essential, with an understanding of the Year 5 curriculum highly desirable. A passion for delivering engaging lessons and supporting children to reach their full potential is key.
