The Role:
As a Secondary SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:
✔️ Provide invaluable support for students with SEMH and Autism, fostering confidence and self-esteem.
✔️ Collaborate on individualized Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Plans to meet diverse needs.
✔️ Build meaningful relationships that encourage active engagement and trust.
✔️ Promote inclusion and independence in a nurturing environment.
✔️ Partner with teachers to create a vibrant and positive classroom experience.
