SEN Science Teacher

At Academics we are proud to serve this SEN school based in Solihull.

As a Science teacher (QTS) with experience of working with children within the special educational needs sector, you will understand just how rewarding this role can be. The school provides an outstanding and highly personalised, educational experience for children and young people with high levels of anxiety associated with autism spectrum disorder and/or early trauma, enabling them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve academic and personal success.

The school offers a lovely learning environment and provides the children and young adults with a safe, secure and supportive environment in which to learn and develop. You will be dealing with a broad range of abilities and will be motivated by the opportunity to support where it is needed most.

You will be well supported by the school management team and offered extensive support at classroom level through a team of highly trained and caring Teaching Assistants.

This is a part time teaching post (Wednesday to Friday) and all class teaching responsibilities will be required within this role.
