Mainstream SEN TA – Primary

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

If you have experience working as a Teaching Assistant, whether on a one-to-one basis or with small groups, we want to hear from you!

We are currently seeking dedicated Mainstream Primary SEN Teaching Assistants to join a variety of schools in Harrow. This is a fulfilling opportunity to positively impact the lives of young learners with special educational needs.

Role Details:

Flexible positions available (full-time and part-time)
*

Experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting
*

Located in the London Borough of Harrow
*

Competitive pay: £85 - £110 per day
*

Enhanced DBS certificate required (or willingness to obtain one before starting)

Responsibilities:

*

Provide tailored one-on-one or small group support to SEN students in the classroom
*

Assist the class teacher in delivering and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
*

Create and adapt learning resources to meet the diverse needs of students
*

Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being among pupils
*

Work closely with the SENCO and external specialists to develop effective support strategies
