Year 1 Teacher – Mainstream Primary School – Tower Hamlets
Are you passionate about inspiring young learners at the start of their educational journey? We are currently supporting a vibrant mainstream primary school in Tower Hamlets in their search for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher. This role focuses on providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional development.

As a Year 1 Teacher, you will play a vital role in building a strong educational foundation for your students, fostering their love for learning while ensuring they achieve their full potential.

Location: Tower Hamlets, East London
Position: Year 1 Teacher – Mainstream Primary School

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum.
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all students.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support to ensure every child thrives.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, including teaching assistants and the SENCO, to create a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
* Inspire curiosity, independence, and a love for learning through innovative teaching methods.

Experience:

* Prior experience teaching Key Stage 1, particularly Year 1, is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of phonics, early literacy, and numeracy strategies is essential.
