Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage student behaviour to ensure a productive learning environment as a Graduate Cover Supervisor
* Act as a positive role model, building strong relationships with students and staff in your role as a Graduate Cover Supervisor
* Cover pre-assigned lessons in the absence of regular teachers as a Graduate Cover Supervisor
* Develop rapport quickly with students, ensuring a smooth transition during lessons as part of your responsibilities as a Graduate Cover Supervisor
* Be flexible in covering various subjects across KS3 and KS4 in your role as a Graduate Cover Supervisor
Ideal Candidate:
* A degree in any subject (recent graduates welcome)
* Previous experience working in a school setting or with young people is a plus
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A passion for supporting student learning and development
* Ability to maintain a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere
* Flexible and adaptable to different teaching situations
