Main Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:
* Manage the behaviour of students to ensure a positive and productive learning environment
* Act as a role model and foster positive relationships with students and staff, especially if you're a History Graduate helping students connect with history
* Supervise pre-assigned lessons in the absence of regular teachers
* Quickly establish rapport with students to support their learning, particularly in history-related subjects
Ideal Cover Supervisor will have:
* A degree in History (or any related subject) – perfect for a History Graduate
* Previous experience working with young people
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A passion for supporting students in their educational journey as a History Graduate
