Academics Ltd is recruiting Psychology graduates for Cover Supervisor roles in secondary schools across Trowbridge. Key Responsibilities
• Supervise classes during teacher absence

• Assist with completing set work
• Promote a respectful, inclusive classroom
• Provide feedback to the class teacher
Key Requirements
• Degree in Psychology or related field (e.g., Behavioural Science, Sociology)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with young people
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour
• Prior experience with young people is beneficial but not essential
