Key Responsibilities
* Present planned lessons to a class of eager students.
* Make adaptations to the lessons where you feel nessecary, allowing room for you to incorporate your creativity and personality.
* Inspire, educate and motivate pupils on a daily basis
* Make adaptations effective for children of different ability
* Build a strong, professional relationship with parents and staff
* Attend parents evening, open days and complete assessments
* Get involved in the wider school community and represent the school to the best of your ability
Requirements as a Primary Teacher:
* Must have a QTS and DBS (or be willing to apply for a DBS)
* You need to be a caring and nurturing person with a genuine passion for childcare and improving outcomes for children from all walks of life
* Local to Houghton Regis or happy to commute
* A strong understanding of the national curriculum.
* Open to on the job feedback and training where appropriate
* Willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of the class
