About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education? We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Hounslow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN) and those who require additional support in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, helping them to engage with learning.
✅ Assist teachers in delivering lessons and adapting materials to meet students' needs.
✅ Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
✅ Support students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
✅ Encourage independence and confidence in students.
✅ Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
What We’re Looking For
🎓 Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (preferred).
💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
🤝 A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
📚 A passion for education and supporting students’ development.
📝 Teaching Assistant qualifications (desirable but not essential).
