Academics Ltd. is excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Mental Health Assistant to join a secondary school in Swindon. This is a chance to play a pivotal role in promoting mental well-being and helping students thrive both academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support students with emotional challenges, providing one-on-one and group sessions as a Mental Health Assistant.
* Collaborate with teachers to ensure students receive appropriate mental health support in and outside of the classroom as a Mental Health Assistant.
* Assist in developing and implementing mental health initiatives to promote a supportive school environment as a Mental Health Assistant.
* Foster a safe, inclusive space where students can express their feelings and seek support as a Mental Health Assistant.

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong communication skills to connect with students in a clear and empathetic way as a Mental Health Assistant.
* A genuine passion for supporting young people with mental health needs as a Mental Health Assistant.
* A flexible, proactive approach to helping students manage their emotional well-being in a dynamic school environment.
