Learning Support Assistant

This role is ideal if you have career aspirations in the field of teaching, psychology, social work, probation services, care or if you simply love working with children.

A dedicated school for children aged 5-18 in Crawley, who have special educational challenges, are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This school specialises in SEMH and challneging behaviours; hey are successful in meeting the academic, behavioural, therapeutic, and vocational needs of thier students.

This role will give you essential experience within a challenging yet rewarding setting – career progression routes include SEN Teacher, Occupational Therapist and various Psychology routes.
