Key Responsibilities of a Behaviour Support Assistant:

* Assist students with challenging behavioural, social, and emotional needs within the classroom and beyond.
* Help in the development and execution of individualised behaviour support plans.
* Support students in developing positive coping strategies and enhancing their social and emotional skills.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and SEN specialists to track student progress and adjust strategies as required.
* Promote a calm, inclusive environment where students feel respected, supported, and encouraged.
