Are you passionate about empowering young people with complex needs to thrive? Academics Agency is seeking a dynamic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school that supports pupils with a range of challenges, including ADHD, ODD, dyslexia, autism, SEMH, anxiety, and more.
The ideal candidate will bring energy, resilience, and a genuine commitment to nurturing excluded or challenging pupils who need positive role models to guide them through their education.
Your Role:
* Provide essential support to pupils with diverse special educational needs, ensuring they feel secure and valued.
* Assist in delivering tailored Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Plans.
* Build strong, trust-based relationships to engage students in learning.
* Foster independence, inclusivity, and confidence among pupils.
* Collaborate with teachers to maintain a positive, effective classroom environment.
