The Role
As Head of PSHE in Rochford, you will:
✅ Lead and develop the PSHE curriculum across KS3 and KS4.
✅ Inspire students as a Head of PSHE, ensuring they develop emotional well-being, resilience, and a strong understanding of social issues.
✅ Work closely with colleagues to support the wider Humanities Faculty.
✅ Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
✅ Play a crucial role in shaping responsible and informed citizens.
