As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students, providing guidance, encouragement, and the support they need to build confidence and overcome challenges. Whether that is assisting students with special educational needs or contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment, your influence will extend far beyond the classroom.

* Full-Time 8:30am-3:30pm
* Term Time Only
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
The Role:
* Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with diverse learning needs, including behavioural, emotional, and academic challenges.
* Help students develop strategies to improve concentration, learning techniques, and overall engagement with lessons.
* Work alongside teachers to deliver differentiated support that ensures each child can access the curriculum and reach their potential.
* Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
