Are you a qualified Design & Technology Teacher or Design Specialist with leadership experience looking for a Head of Department role within a secondary school in Abingdon?
Academics Ltd are working with an outstanding school in Abingdon who are looking to appoint a Head of Design & Technology to join them in September 2025. We are looking to appoint a fully qualified teacher (with QTS) who has proven leadership experience, is passionate about their subject, and can lead a team with high expectations and strong classroom management. This is also a great opportunity for an experienced teacher looking to take the next step in their career and lead a successful department.
The school are looking for a Head of Design & Technology who:

• Design & Technology Specialist
• QTS (with PGCE in Secondary Design & Technology) required – Applications from experienced teachers welcome
• Experience working in KS3-KS5 with leadership experience
