A Primary School in Witney has recently opened a specialist SEN unit and is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and complex needs. This role is ideal for Psychology, Criminology, or similar graduates, though candidates with relevant SEN experience are always also be considered.

The SEN Teaching Assistant Role in Witney:

* Work closely with SEN children, therapists, psychologists, and teachers.
* Provide one-on-one and group support as a SEN Teaching Assistant in Witney.
* Assist students with numeracy and literacy in Key Stage 1 & 2.
* Implement strategies tailored to Autism and other SEN needs.
* Support students in achieving their learning objectives as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
* Maintain a child-centred approach to care and education in Witney.
