Primary – Based in Woodley, Reading

You’ll work across KS1 and KS2, supporting Maths, Literacy, and Phonics, ensuring all pupils' individual needs are met.
Teaching Assistant – Aspiring Teacher:
* Contract type: Full-time, term-time only
* Pay: £83.33 - £90 per day (pro-rata of a £16k salary per annum)
* Hours: 08:30am – 03:30pm (Monday – Friday)
* Location: Woodley, Reading – great transport links to surrounding areas

* Supporting Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2

About You:
* Proactive, hands-on, and eager to support
* Looking for a stepping stone into teaching or a fulfilling education career
* Graduates welcome (2:1 degree preferred, STEM subjects desirable but not required)
* Experience working with children (preferred)
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills
* Passionate about education and learning
* Opportunity to progress towards QTS qualification
