Routes into Teaching
No teaching experience? No problem! We work with multiple schools in and around Redhill that provide routes into teaching:
1 School-Centered Initial Teacher Training (SCITT):
* Train directly in a school environment in Redhill while earning a salary.
* Gain hands-on experience with students from day one.
1 Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE):
* One-year course combining academic study with classroom practice.
* Leads to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and internationally recognised credentials.
1 Apprenticeship Route:
* Earn while you learn with a teaching apprenticeship.
* Work in a school while gaining QTS over one to two years.
1 AO (Assessment Only) Route:
