Academics, acting as an education recruitment agency, is seeking passionate and dynamic SEN Teachers to join an alternative education setting in Northampton. About the Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will work within a small, supportive team to foster a nurturing and encouraging environment for approximately 35 pupils. The focus is on reintegrating students into mainstream settings, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.

You will teach core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science, tailoring your approach to meet the needs of SEN learners.

Requirements

* Qualifications: Teaching Qualification (QTS/QTLS) or willingness to work towards it.
* Specialist Skills: Experience or qualifications in SEN (e.g., SENCO Advanced Certificate or Patoss AAA Course Completion – desirable).
* Academic Knowledge: Proficiency in English, Maths, and Science (minimum Grade C/4 or above).
