Are you an experienced Teaching assistant who loves working with the Early Years foundation years in Primary schools? Do you enjoy helping the young children in the local area of Bridgend?

If so, then you could be in luck, as Academics are currently searching for an enthusiastic EYFS Teaching assistant to work throughout the Bridgend area. This role is looking to start after the February half term, where you will be aiding the Teachers working with the Nursery and Receptions age groups.

This role will have an opportunity for extension, performance depending and if the school thinks you’re doing a great job!

Teaching assistant expectations!

You should be able to help control the classroom to ensure a smooth, efficient lesson as well as be comfortable in taking pupils on a 1 to 1 basis and taking the lead of small groups!

Some good experience as a Teaching Assistant in Primary schools is desirable.

Experience working with children in some capacity is essential!
