A school in Windsor are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and caring Primary Teaching Assistant to support Year 4 students and run tailored interventions in Spellings, Times Tables, and Speech and Language.
Key Responsibilities as a Primary Teaching Assistant:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to Year 4 students in areas of need.
* Run engaging and effective interventions to improve spelling, times tables, and speech and language skills.
* Work closely with the class teacher to track student progress and implement personalized learning strategies.
* Create a positive, encouraging environment where every child feels confident to learn and grow.
The Ideal Primary Teaching Assistant Will:
* Have experience working with primary-aged children (ideally in a teaching assistant role).
* Possess a strong understanding of literacy, numeracy, and language development.
* Be patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children's academic and personal growth.
* Have a proactive attitude and be able to adapt quickly to the needs of individual children.
