* Onsite: In the Primary school (No remote options)
* Pay: £16,300 + per annum (£82.50 – £90 pro-rata day pay)
Classroom Assistant Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support to a Year 5 Carterton student struggling with Dyslexia.
* Help students overcome challenges in reading and writing to boost their confidence.
* Support other students with various SEN needs in a mainstream environment.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students.
Classroom Assistant Requirements:
* GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C/4 or equivalent.
* Minimum of one year of experience preferred, but open to enthusiastic graduates and Classroom Assistant applicants from other backgrounds.
