About the Role
Academics Ltd is seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join a highly regarded secondary school in Swindon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Business Studies to GCSE and A-Level students, with the ability to engage and inspire students to achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Business Studies at KS4 and KS5
* Prepare and assess coursework, exams, and other assessments
* Support students’ academic and personal growth, providing pastoral care as needed
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the curriculum
* Participate in school-wide events and professional development opportunities
Key Requirements
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent, with relevant subject experience
* Strong knowledge of Business Studies curriculum at GCSE and A-Level
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for teaching and helping students succeed
* Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
