Main Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor will include:
* Manage the behaviour of students to ensure they are working in a constructive learning environment
* Act as a role model and develop positive working relationships with students and other members of staff
* Supervise pre-assigned lessons in the absence of regular teachers
* Establish rapport quickly with students
* Be flexible to cover various subjects across KS3 and KS4
Ideal Psychology Graduate Cover Supervisor will have:
