Teaching Assistant – Wantage| Full-Time role
Location: Wantage, UK
Salary: £18,000 - £24,000 per year (pro-rata - £83.50 - £90 per day)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (39 weeks per academic year, 08:30am – 3:30pm)

Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant – Wantage:

* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons in this education and training role.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment
* Support students' social and emotional development
* Assist with lesson preparation, administrative tasks, and school activities

Who We’re Looking For:

* Passionate about working with children and supporting their educational journey
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential – full training is provided!
* SEN experience is a bonus but not required
* A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning) is advantageous
