Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage student behaviour to ensure a productive learning environment
- Be a positive role model, building strong relationships with students and staff
- Cover pre-assigned lessons in the absence of regular teachers
- Quickly build rapport with students to ensure smooth transitions during lessons
- Be flexible in covering various subjects across KS3 and KS4
Ideal Candidate:
