Learning Support Assistant – Wallingford – Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Help create a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
* Work closely with staff and the SENCO to adapt learning materials to meet pupils' needs.

What We’re Looking For in a Learning Support Assistant in Wallingford:

✔ A passion for supporting children’s education and development.
✔ Experience working with young people (school-based experience, tutoring, childcare, mentoring, etc.).
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
✔ Experience with SEN is an advantage but not essential.
