Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons to maintain the continuity of learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher as a Supply Teacher
* Adapt teaching methods and resources to accommodate the diverse learning needs of students
* Offer support and guidance to students in their academic and personal development
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
* Previous teaching experience in a classroom setting, ideally across multiple key stages
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and parents
